- The Decatur Daily's Class 1A-4A Prep Softball Team was released June 9. The Elkmont Lady Devils made it into the playoffs again this year. Several of our players were selected in recognition of their outstanding seasons that helped to make that possible.
Hit .460 with eight homers. Signed with Calhoun Lady Warhawks.
Middle Infielder: Haven Kirby
Finished with a .355 batting average with 23 RBIs.
Outfielder: Rebekah Inman
Led the area with 17 homers while posting a .481 batting average with 73 RBIs.
