After a week that was mostly rainouts, the diamond teams were swinging bats last night. 

SOFTBALL
Varsity:
Lady Devils beat East Lawrence 9-7!

The home run train continues. Rebekah Inman adds another to her stats.  This makes five.



Middle School:
Elkmont won 6-5 in the bottom of the 5th
  
BASEBALL

Varsity:
West Limestone 17, Elkmont 6: 
Wildcats' Cole Cook surrendered three runs on six hits in a complete-game effort at West Limestone opened Class 4A, Area 15 play with a win.

Aron Moss had triple and two RBIs for Elkmont. Jordan Nelson had two hits and drove in a run.

The teams continue area play Thursday at Elkmont.
Games start at 4:30 pm.

Middle School:
Decatur Heritage handed our Middle School Red Devils a loss last night.
