RED DEVILS TREE GOLDEN BEARS

The Elkmont Red Devils traveled to Lexington for a varsity game.  The JV game was cancelled.  They were able to dodge the storms and come home with a 5-1 win last night.

Brett Parker, Elkmont's starting pitcher, was charged with the win.  He threw five innings with two strikeouts and eight first pitch strikes.  Jackson Cook closed out the game.

Hunter Pitman had two hits to lead the Red Devils.  Jackson Cook had one hit and two walks.  Brayden Miller and Patrick Jobman also picked up two walks a piece.

 

Elkmont will take a 4-5 record to Leeds on Saturday.  They will play Ragland at 11:15 am and  Leeds at 1 pm.
