The JV played the Athens Bible School Trojans in Athens, March 13. The Red Devils weren't able to score enough to overcome some crucial mistakes and runners left on base; taking their fourth loss, 3 -1 .
The starting pitcher, Hunter Brazeal faced three batters with three outs in the top of the first inning. As Elkmont came in to bat, they looked to take an early lead. Elkmont came to bat needing two runs. However, the Red Devils were only able to get C. Taylor on base with a walk and Hunter Taylor with a single but no score.
